When am I able to purchase bagels?

Bagel orders go live every Monday for pickup Friday, Saturday or Sunday of that same week.

Where are you located? What is the Den?

Currently, I am making all TSNY bagels from my home. I live in Wolf Ranch and the pickup location is the amenity center within my community called The Den. The address will be provided to you in your order confirmation. I will be driving a Black Volkswagen Atlas.

Do you sell bagels other days of the week?

Yes, I will gladly make bagels other days of the week. The minimum order for a different day of the week is a dozen bagels. Please reach out to my directly at bethany@thesaltynewyorker.com to order.

How do I keep my bagels fresh?

I suggest that any bagels that you do not plan on consuming the same day as pick up be refrigerated in a ziplock bag. Before consuming I suggest putting the bagel in the microwave for 10 seconds to warm up, cut in half, toast and add your favorite schmear.

Can I freeze my bagels?

Totally! I recommend freezing your bagels in a ziplock bag. When you are ready to enjoy, use the defrost function on your microwave, cut in half, toast and add your favorite schmear.

Will you be selling at Wolf Ranch Farmers Market?

Do you have gluten free bagels, flagels or bialys?

As of now, I do not carry any of these items. However, my menu is ever changing, so be on the lookout.
